You're investing in yourself & are saving up for cosmetic surgery. It's time to look better, feel better, and to get that boost of self-esteem so you can go out into the world with a renewed sense of confidence!
It is equally important to invest in your after-care if you want optimum results from your plastic surgery. Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapy (MLD) can give you those optimum results. This is a gentle therapy that speeds your healing time, decreases pain, and reduces scarring & swelling. Please note that MLD does NOT involve pushing deeply at the incisions to push fluids out of the body.
You should schedule your first MLD session within a day or two after surgery. Sessions are at least twice a week for a minimum of 3 weeks. Depending on how quickly you heal, the amount of bruising & swelling you have, you may need MLD for up to 8 weeks. Some clients call me for their first session several weeks after surgery when they are experiencing lumps and fibrosis at the surgical site. This is too late & delays your overall healing by several weeks. It is very important to start MLD after-care right away. Your prepaid package covers the first 3 weeks: 1-hr sessions 2 times per week.
I am nationally certified in the Vodder method as a Lymphatic Drainage Therapist/Lymphedema Therapist through the Klose Training Institute, founded by Guenter Klose. Be confident that you are in good hands as you heal from your elective procedures!
